Student Resources

New students to the Williams Campus are encouraged to attend a New Student Orientation ***. These Orientation Sessions are held at the Pecos Campus. The orientation sessions will aid you in learning about the services available to help you succeed while attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College (CGCC) at the Williams Campus. You can be assured that the Williams Campus Student Services staff can provide support and advice whenever you are in need of additional information. The more familiar you are with the people and services at the Williams Campus, the more connected and successful you Will become.

Williams Campus students have several student resources available to them including: tutoring services; bookstores; housing; and for students living on campus at the Williams Campus, a meal plan option. Please link directly to the sites below for additional information about each of these resources available to serve you.

We strongly recommend that you get involved, join study groups and attend community hour events. There is something for everyone here on campus.

Bookstore

Two bookstores are available for Williams Campus students. To identify which bookstore to purchase your books, please refer to your class schedule. If your course is located at the CGCC Pecos Campus, you should purchase your books from the Pecos Campus Bookstore. If your course is located at the Williams Campus, you should purchase your books from the ASU East Bookstore located in the ASU East Academic Center at the Williams Campus.

Food Service

Food services are available at each CGCC site, both the Pecos Campus Coyote Cafe and the Williams Campus.Meal plan options are available for CGCC students participating in the Freshman Year Experience and are open to all students at the Williams Campus.

Housing

Housing is available to students enrolled at CGCC. Students seeking to participate in residential life at the Williams Campus should contact the Williams Campus Housing Office for an application. Students are encouraged to apply early, well in advance of their planned enrollment.

Tutoring

Learning Center are available to assist students with tutoring services and study skills at both CGCC campuses.
