The Food and Nutrition Program introduces students to nutrition and
dietetics. Health care trends, leadership skills, management theories
and styles, and government laws and regulations pertaining to food and
nutrition services are covered in the program. Students can complete
most of the first two years of coursework towards other Bachelor of
Science degrees in Nutrition at Arizona State University,

post-secondary educational institutions.
