Chandler-Gilbert Community College offers two programs in Human Nutrition: Dietetic Technology and Food and Nutrition. The Dietetic Technology Consortium Program prepares students for a professional career in health care and food service management. Completion of this AAS degree program qualifies candidates for the national Dietetic Technician, Registered certification exam. The Food and Nutrition program introduces students to nutrition and dietetics. Health care trends, leadership skills, management theories and styles, and government laws and regulations pertaining to food and nutrition services are covered in the program. |
