Ben Archer has successfully competed for the position and is now the new Lead Help Desk Supervisor position. Ben has been filling this role since Rick Cote took another position at PVC and has been doing an outstanding job. Ben brings a really good mix of technical and customer service skills, plus he has recently served in an adjunct faculty position for Business Computing Studies. To top it all off, Ben is currently working on his masters degree at the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU.
