Christians in Action

Christians in Action or C.I.A. is open to all students who are interested in seeking Christian fellowship. Its goals are to provide students with a place on campus for Christian fellowship and activities; promote, plan, integrate school and community activities that stimulate students' growth spiritually, intellectually and socially; support community events that will enhance CIA and the community.

Creative Writing Club
Creative Writing Club

The CGCC Creative Writing Club seeks to cultivate a supportive, encouraging student community of poets, writers, playwrights, screenwriters, and performance artists. Club activities include attending public poetry and fiction readings at local bookstores and ASU, as well as area poetry slams. The Creative Writing Club will also produce and promote several public student readings and slams here at CGCC.

Hands-on Environmental Action Team

The mission: To cultivate a greater understanding and awareness of global warming, environmental and sustainability issues throughout our community by education and action. We want to get people and our community active in saving and protecting our planet by getting them to think of how they are responsible for their impact on our environment and what they can do to reduce that impact.

One Voice

One Voice seeks to create a coalition between lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans-gender, questioning, and the community in general where students of Chandler-Gilbert can come for more information about LGBTQA people and issues as well as take an active role in equal rights for all.

Phi Theta Kappa

Phi Thete Kappa is an International Honors Society that recognizes and promotes academic achievement among the students of two-year colleges. It provides students with opportunities for leadership and training, encourages personal growth among members and associates. It is open to all students who have a 3.5 cumulative GPA and have completed at least 12 semester hours at CGCC in courses numbered 100 and above.
