09/22/2008 - Assault - A student walking in the area of the SC Pavilion stated that an unknown male grabbed her by the hair, pulled the student toward him and kissed the student. The student struck the perpetrator in the face with her fist then ran eastbound toward the C building. Chandler PD was notified and responded to the scene. A CG certified officer facilitated the exchange of insurance information. 10/29/08 - A student reported the theft of his $300 cell phone while in class at the General Studies Building. Phone was subsequently returned to owner by a fellow classmate. 10/31/08 - A Fire Science Academy student collapsed from heat exhaustion while involved in training exercises at the burn building. Incidents Occurring on or within CGCC/WC College Property. 10/22/08 - A student of the EVIT aviation program was discovered to have discharged a plastic airsoft gun, while in a campus parking lot, causing the plastic ball to strike another student. The student claims to have discharged the gun accidentally. The matter was addressed by EVIT officials. Incidents Occurring on or within CGCC/WC Housing properties. No incidents reported.
