BILL CRAWFORD

William Crawford serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs at Chandler-Gilbert Community College. Bill Crawford was formerly the Dean of Career and Technical Education at CGCC, having begun his appointment at Chandler-Gilbert in July 2003.

VP Crawford's experience in higher education includes serving as the Director of Mesa Community College's Administration of Justice Studies Program, Acting Associate Dean of Instruction for Career and Technical Education at Mesa Community College, ten years as a residential faculty member and seven years as adjunct faculty.

Prior to the Maricopa Community College District, William Crawford was employed by the Phoenix Police Department where he held numerous leadership positions.

William earned a Master of Education degree from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University. He is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration from Northern Arizona University.
