Marketing The Office of Marketing & Public Relations for Chandler-Gilbert Community College is located in the east end of the B-wing Administrative offices on the Pecos Campus. Marketing focuses on promoting CGCC's programs and services. Our goals are to increase student enrollment, to create greater awareness of CGCC programs and services, and to enhance the college's professional and educational image both internally and throughout our community. We work closely with various departments throughout the college to develop marketing materials specifically targeted toward our primary goal of increasing the college's enrollment. Media Relations Media Relations serves as CGCC's voice to the external community. We build relationships with those involved within our college, community groups, and members of the local media. Our goal is to maintain a good working and up-to-date knowledge of CGCC's programs, students, and events so that we can positively relay that information to the Valley's print and electronic media. We do this by establishing open relationships with reporters and editors and by using various methods to get our messages out, including news releases, media alerts, public service announcements, fact sheets, and calendar announcements. We also develop and "pitch" story ideas for general news or features about CGCC's people and programs for potential local and/or national media coverage. Please note that all calls or queries from the media should be immediately referred to Trish Niemann at (480) 732-7030. Media Relations also produces the monthly student/community newsletter, Connection, and the weekly online newsletter Courier. Graphic Design To ensure a consistent image that represents CGCC, Marketing works closely with instruction in producing instructional materials such as the college catalog, class schedules, and program brochures, which also serve as major marketing tools.

Online Business Card ordering form for full-time/board approved employees:
There is a new procedure for ordering business cards. Follow these instructions after you click on the link below.
- Click on "Choose Template" - You will need to set up a user name and password. Fill in the required fields and click "Save"
- Click on "Create New" - Fill in the required fields and click "Save"
- Proof your card, acknowledge that you have proofed your card, pick your quantity and then click "Add to Order"
- If you have comments enter them here, then click "Check Out"
- On the confirm page click "Submit"
- Click "Log Out" in the upper right hand corner and you are finished.
