Welcome to the Language and Humanities Division at CGCC. Our division offers courses in Composition, Reading, Philosophy & Religious Studies, Foreign Languages, Humanities, Literature, and English as a Second Language. Our division also offers many developmental courses that help our students succeed in pursuing higher educational opportunities.Our innovative faculty are committed to fostering a meaningful learning environment that is learner-centered. Many of the courses include collaborative, service learning and learning community experiences. Classes are scheduled to offer flexibility in completing your academic goals at CGCC. The Language & Humanities Division offers courses on both the Pecos and the Williams campus during the day and at night, in both traditional and accelerated formats, with many courses being offered online.
