A CGCC Academic & Career Outreach Program

Chandler-Gilbert Community College would like to pilot a program with high school students who plan to achieve certain academic goals prior to leaving high school. This academic outreach program is titled Fast Forward. The goal is to maximize college academic credit accumulated during high school. The program will provide students an opportunity to participate in certain college courses that will help them gain better part time job skills and jobs while attending college.

CGCC advisors will work with students and their families to help define a specific academic plan during high school. The student academic plan will help students be more focused during high school. This will better position the student academically by helping the student select classes that will count towards a specific degree or college transfer certificate. This program will save time and money for the student and their families.
