(* indicates an answer is required)

e-Learning (online and hybrid) provides students with a wonderful opportunity for flexibility, but will it provide the best environment for your personal learning needs? Answer the following questions honestly to determine if an e-Learning course is right for you. The results of this survey are only for the purpose of determining what is best for your learning needs. Be realistic about what you can and cannot do and about your own needs as a student.

When you have completed the survey, individual feedback will be provided to help you decide how ready you are to take an e-Learning course.
